Returns and refunds
Twelve Blooms products are small-batch botanical bedding and outdoor aroma goods. If you are not satisfied after delivery, contact us before returning or disposing of an item.
Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order reference.
Other refund requests: We review requests case by case and will provide the appropriate next step before any return is sent.
Refund timing: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
