Returns and refunds
Because Twelve Blooms products are botanical consumable goods, opened pouches are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.
Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order reference.
Unopened items: Return eligibility is reviewed case by case before a return is approved.
Refund timing: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
