Shipping policy

Every Twelve Blooms pouch is made and packed by hand in small batches in China. Orders are processed after payment authorization.

Preparation: Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery estimate: Delivery usually takes about 7-10 days after dispatch. Carrier handling, customs, weather, and local delivery conditions can occasionally extend this estimate.

Standard shipping: US shipping is $12 for orders below $70 and free for orders of $70 or more. Launch Garden Set always includes free US shipping. Build-your-own selections over $120 receive 20% off and free US shipping.

Address accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.

Delays: Carrier delays, customs review, weather, or local delivery restrictions may affect delivery timing.
