Our botanical goods are made in small batches. Here is what to expect before and after you place an order.

Where do orders ship from?

All Twelve Blooms orders are prepared and dispatched from China.

How long does preparation take?

Every pouch is made and packed by hand in small batches. Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

When should my order arrive?

Delivery usually takes about 7-10 days after dispatch. Carrier handling, customs, weather, and local delivery conditions can occasionally extend this estimate.

Will I receive tracking information?

We send shipment information to the email used at checkout when an order begins its journey. Please check your order confirmation and spam folder as well.

Are the chicken and small-pet blends animal food?

No. These blends are botanical enclosure bedding and environmental accessories, not food, treats, dietary supplements, or veterinary products. Keep them away from feeders, waterers, hay, and food dishes, and follow the guidance on each pouch.

How should Patio Burn Shreds be used?

Patio Burn Shreds is an outdoor wood-burning fire-pit aroma product. It is not for cooking, pet contact, pest control, or indoor and enclosed spaces.

What are the shipping and set offers?

US shipping is $12 below $70 and free from $70. Launch Garden Set ships free. Build-your-own selections over $120 receive 20% off and free US shipping.

What if I am not satisfied after delivery?

Please contact us before returning or disposing of an item. Include your order reference and, when relevant, clear photos. We will review the request and guide you through the next step for a refund or order issue.
